Interior office remodel

This project consisted of replacing 36 single pane windows with new vinyl clad high energy windows. The owner was able to save nearly 50% in heating costs after the new windows were installed.

The owners of this office building needed a fresh new look for the 2nd floor Mens and Womens rooms.

The owners of this office suite required complete noise isolation between 3 of their offices. They contracted JAKE Construction Group to design and build a system that works. Upon completion of this project we were able to mitigate 97% of sound transfer between offices.
