This exciting project was a complete renovation to this original 1930's lake home located on Buffalo Lake, MN. Highlights included relocating the kitchen from the lower level to the main floor, moving both bathrooms, adding a bedroom and a large deck, complete with an outdoor shower. The owners also chose to upgrade several other components including a new heating and cooling system, spray foam insulation, metal roof and new windows and doors to improve energy efficiency.
